75Patrick S. Tavares Sr., 78, of Makawao, Maui, a Paradise Beverages warehouse manager, died at home. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by wife Patricia A., sons Patrick S. Jr. and Jeffrey A., daughter Brenda L. Hirayama, brother James, sisters Patricia Carvalho and Eileen Mattos, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Church, Makawao. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at the church cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
