He is survived by wife Viola C.; sons Victoria Jr., Voltaire, Vincent and Don Vyron; daughters Norevic Duldulao, Vanessa Dimerin, and Verramae and Veronica Batoon; brothers Marcelino and Rosendo; sister Ansang; and 11 grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Saturday at Kahului Full Gospel Temple. Service: 6 p.m.
