74Melvin "Mel" Castro, 64, of Waianae, a retired Oahu Transit Services bus driver, died in Waianae. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by son Matthew, daughter Nikki Saunders, brothers Tommy and Lenny, and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel.
