Charles Kyung Tuhk Oh, 85, of Honolulu, a private apartment resident manager, an Army veteran who served in the Korean War and received the Purple Heart and Silver Star, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Puhi, Kauai. He is survived by son Douglas C. and sisters Annie Chang, Carol Taguma and Rachael Palafox. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary.
