80Johnnie Malacas Lagpacan, 82, of Honolulu, a retired insurance agent at Prudential Insurance and Hawaiian Life, and former bookkeeper at Pan-Asiatic Travel Agency, died in Honolulu. He was born in Burgos, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Perlita; sons Joiner, Joel and Juan Jr.; daughter Joann Makua; brother Clementino; and 12 grandchildren.
