FRANK SANFORD SCOTT JR. Frank Sanford Scott Jr. passed away on August 28, 2015 at his tropical paradise in Lanikai. He was born in Cody, WY on March 5, 1921, and grew up on the family homestead in Meeteetse. Frank served as an Instrument Training Instructor in the Army Air Corps during WWII. He earned degrees from the U. of Wyoming, Oregon State, Missouri State, and a PHD from Illinois State. Dr. Scott held professorships in Agricultural and Resource Economics at Stephen F. Austin University, U. of Nevada, and U. of Hawaii (1954- 1994). He wrote numerous publications and took overseas research and advisory positions in Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Iran. Frank is survived by daughter Terry (Teresa) Goodwin, grandchildren Brendan and Janie, and sister Eileen Newcomb. Frank was laid to rest in Meeteetse, WY, on October 3, 2015.
