80Philip C. Hew-Len, 96, of Kapolei, a retired civil servant for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard shops 72 and 02, died in Kapolei. He was born in Hawi, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Lam Thi "Jackie;" sons Philip C., Eugene W., Robert K. "Bobby" and Charles P.; daughters Betty Ann Kealohaokalani Hew-Len Hurdle and Tien Thi Pham; and brothers Herbert and R.
