Isileli Fifita Tokotaha, 12, of Waipahu died in the Queen's Medical Center West. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by parents Kasanova and Lutimila; brothers Kasanova Tokotaha Jr. and Siale-Kafoa M. Maealiuaki; sisters Sisilia M. Wolfgramm-Tokotaha, Koloisa Tokotaha and Ane-Lupe Maealiuaki; and grandparents Kepueli and Sisilia Tokotaha, and Mosese Emil and Alakeita Wolfgramm.
