He is survived by wife Annette; son Mark; daughters Kimberly Reindollar and Kristine Arnold; stepson Kevin Anthony; stepdaughters Kimberly Harrison, Kathy Montgomery and Karen White; brothers Warren, Alan and Randy; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
