George H. Kahanu Sr., 98, of Kahului, a retired Navy veteran, died in Kahului. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Leilani Zinsman, son George H. Jr., daughters Ellen K. Raiser and Kehaulani Nakamoto, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Dec. 14 at Ballard Family Mortuary-Kahului. Services: 11 a.m. Additional visitation: 9:30 a.m. Dec. 15 at Kaumakapili Church. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 3 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Aloha or casual attire. Flowers welcome.
