Dr. George Joji Shitabata, 82, of Honolulu, a retired dentist and an Air Force veteran, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Dr. Paul K., daughter Alison Brown-Carvalho, sisters Ruby Shigeta and Emiko Oguma and six grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
