78Mary Noel Costa, 78, of Marysville, Calif., a homemaker, died in Roseville, Calif. She was born in Albany, N.Y. She is survived by husband Gabriel Sr.; sons David McKay and Gabriel Costa Jr.; daughters Diane Kahele, Mary C.
