78Michael Shigeo Tamaye, 88, of Honolulu, a retired cabinetmaker, died in Pearl City Nursing Home. He was born in Okinawa, Japan. He is survived by wife Janet N.; son David; daughters Shigemi Nishihira, Ranko Ito and Sonoko Fukuoka; brothers Shigehide and Shigenori; sisters Miyoko Higa and Kiyoko Kosaka; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire.
