George Lehi Kaikana, 90, of Hilo, a retired HECO lineman and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Wendy K. Olsen; hanai daughter Haunani C. Medeiros; brother James Kaihana; sisters Alice Kaikana, Mary Gallarde and Emma Alexander; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. Saturday at Malia Puka o Kalani Catholic Church, 326 Desha Ave. Casual attire.
