Jose Enrique Le Boy, 60, of Waipahu, a Kamaaina Kids Pre-School cook-server in Pearl City and an Army veteran, died in Aiea. He was born in Rochester, N.Y. He is survived by companion Esther Cezar and son Trevor Caraballo. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
