Vernon Kam Chang, 72, of Honolulu, a City and County of Honolulu Refuse Division employee and a Navy SEALs veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Nathan and Nicholas, daughters Natasha Chang and Marley Roe, brother Francis, sisters Betty Chang and Yvonne Hunter, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
