79Patricia Ann Barrett, 67, of Waianae, a retired nurse, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Christopher, mother Beatrice Lopez, brother Nicholas Lopez Jr. and sisters Rosemarie Cacho and Barbara Miller. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at St. Anthony's Church, Kalihi. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Aloha attire. No wreaths.
