Sachelle Featheran, 30, of Kaneohe, a Navy Reserve electronics technician, died in Huntington Beach, Calif. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by wife Dionne A. Castro, parents Henry Jr. and Rochelle, brothers Henry III and Blaze, and sisters Misty Miyashiro, Starla Frost and Skyla Spotkaeff.
