George Chung Ho Shon, 80, of Mililani, a retired Castle High School teacher and an Army veteran, died in Mililani. He was born in North Hilo. He is survived by wife Katy; sons Garret, Geoffrey, Gregory, Gifford, Gerard, Galen and Gordon; daughter Kimberly Hu; sisters Hannah Lee and Eva Shon; and 18 grandchildren.
