Emory M. Ornelles, 93, of New Orleans, an Army captain who served in World War II with Gen. George Patton's Third Army and a recipient of the Silver Star, Bronze Star and Purple Heart, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by stepson Larry Bradshaw; stepdaughters Kim Wolff and Vickie Wilson; brothers Axel, Gordon and Dermot; sisters Eloise Wilson and Brenda Waters; and seven step-grandchildren. Services held in New Orleans.
