80Evaristo Napoleon "Poleon" Velasco, 76, of Pearl City, a retired restaurant steward for Hawaiian Regent Hotel and Marriott Beach Resort & Spa, died in Aiea. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Luz; son Regino "Gino"; daughters Arsenia "Berni" Tanaid, Cresencia "Cris" Cariaga and Evelyn Velasco; mother Estefania; brother Rolando; sisters Teresita Magday and Zenaida Cabagbag; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
