Edward Edwaldo "Eddie" Bufil Sr., 81, of Honomu, Hawaii, a retired maintenance factory worker for Hilo Coast Processing Co. and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died at home. He was born in Honohina Mauka. He is survived by son Edward Jr., daughters Wendy Wisniewski and Tanya Pataray, sisters Carlina Ragual and Lourdes Baruela, brother Pilagio "Blu," 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Dec. 22 at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 8 a.m. Dec. 23 at Honomu Good Shepherd Mission. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
