Rita May, 68, of Kapolei, a retired Navy civil servant, director of the Joint Employment Management System in Pearl Harbor and an Air Force veteran, died in Aiea. She was born in Cleveland. She is survived by husband Richard Jr., son Michael, brother Mark La Sota and a grandchild. Committal services: 10 a.m. Monday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
