Elpidio Cordero Tagavilla, 92, of Pearl City died in Pearl City. He was born in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Lea M.; son Hubert; daughter Shirley Woffenden; stepson and caregiver Jose Domino; stepdaughters Socorro Angsinco, Fedilis Irwin and Joselea Basile; sister Mercedes T. Sorneo; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Program: 10 a.m. Services: 10:15 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
