Steve "Booger" Powell, 56, of Waialua, a civilian contractor and an Air Force retiree, died. He was born in Muncie, Ind. He is survived by wife Darlene Kay, son Patrick, daughter Ashley, parents Samuel and Jewell, brother David, sisters Jenny Moore and Cindy Rambaud, and two grandchildren. Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
