Charles O. Swanson, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Navy captain, died in Honolulu. He was born in Colorado. He is survived by wife Anne B.W.; sons Charles B., William B. and John W.; daughter Anne B.S. Bancroft; and six grandchildren. Celebration of life to be held at a later date. Donations suggested to the Charles O. Swanson Endowment for Education, c/o Kahala Nui Senior Living.
