74Elizabeth "Betty" Cargo, 68, of Wailuku, a retired cook in the hotel industry, died in Hale Makua Wailuku. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by former husband Severo V.; son Severo H.; daughter Priscilla Cargo-Kamaunu; brothers Edwin, Herbert and David Aveado; sisters Naomi Baclaan and Evelyn P.
