74Filomeno Palado "Meno" Rivera, 79, of Honolulu, a retired building maintenance worker, died in Honolulu. He was born in Vintar, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Glory, son Roger, daughters Magdalena Baniaga and Godelia Gaor, brothers Maximo and Patrocinio Rivera, sisters Clarita and Glorita Soriano, and seven grandchildren.
