FREDERICK L. SCHEELE Frederick L. Scheele (Fred) passed away peacefully at his home in Kailua, HI on 4 December 2015. Born 3 August 1950 in Ashland, PA., Fred grew up in Girardville, PA. He was the son of the late Edward and Ruth Scheele. Fred was a 1968 graduate of North Schuylkill High School. In 1982, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Hawaii. Fred was a self-employed stock trader. He was well read, always keeping up with current events. He enjoyed reading, technology, golf, soccer, baseball and basketball. Cycling was his passion. Fred rode daily and he looked forward to weekend rides and events with his cycling team, Tradewind. Survived by his wife, Eileen Madden Scheele, with whom he shared 41 wonderful years of marriage.
