Laurence M. Tamano, 78, of Wahiawa, a retiree of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard's sheet-metal department and an Air Force veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Ewa. He is survived by sisters Marian Kihara and Betty Ching. Private services.
