73Graciela Chang Si Loy "Chela" Lam, 80, of Hilo, a homemaker and a Spanish-language teacher with the state Department of Education, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Chanchamayo, La Merced, Peru. She is survived by husband Anthony "Antonio," daughter Carolina, brother Jose Chang Si Loy Perez and a grandchild. Private services.
