72Rose A. Twiggs, 80, of Honolulu, a retired medical records coder for Tripler Army Medical Center, died in Avalon Care Center. She was born in Detroit. She is survived by husband Lawrence M. Kusumoto; sons Eugene A., Samuel J. and Keith W.; daughter Mona M.; sisters Sally Develcchio, Mona Bullis and Wilma Detloff; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 2 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
