Richard Isamu Tanaka, 74, of Waialua, an Associated Steel Workers Ltd. retiree, died in Pearl City. He was born in Waialua. He is survived by sisters Elizabeth Y. Fujii, Mae R. Sakai and Ann S. Sato.
