Joann Charleen "Jojo" Silva, 62, of Pearl City, a Navy veteran, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by wife Rosa, daughters Jaime Kekoa and Danielle Lovato, brother John and three grandchildren.
