Henry Richard Medeiros Jr., 62, of Vallejo, Calif., a machine operator, died. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by son Henry Richard M. III, daughter Evangeline K. Medeiros-Sanchez, brother Joseph, sisters Emily Kekahuna and Brenda Medeiros, and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 1525 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City. Aloha or formal attire. No flowers.
