81Martha "Lee" Ruggles, 82, of Honolulu died. She was born in Memphis, Tenn. She is survived by daughter Cecily Watson and three grandchildren. Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl, committal court gazebo. Casual attire. Flowers welcome. Donations suggested to The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
