Matthew "Fooks" Fukumoto 38, of Waipahu, died on September 4, 2016. He was a graduate of UNLV, and a bartender at the Harley Davidson Cafe in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is survived by parents, John and Diane Fukumoto; sisters, Danielle (Matt Koike) Fukumoto, Quinn (Janus) Mantarining. Visitation: 9:00 a.m. Friday (Oct 7) at the Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; memorial service 10:00 a.m. Burial to follow 1:00 p.m. Hawaiian Memorial Park. No flowers please.
