MATTHEW FOOKS FUKUMOTO Age 38, of Waipahu, HI passed away September 4, 2016. Born December 23, 1977. He was a graduate of UNLV, and a bartender at the Harley Davidson Caf� in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is survived by parents, John & Diane Fukumoto; sisters, Danielle (Matt Koike) Fukumoto, Quinn (Janus) Mantaring; niece & nephews, Ava, Elijah, Mykah, Ayden, Brennyn, Kyan. Visitation 9:00 a.m. Friday (Oct. 7) at the Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; memorial service 10:00 a.m. Burial to follow 1:00 p.m. Hawaiian Memorial Park. No flowers, please.
