Born January 1, 1950 in Bayog Burgos, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to Antonio Dalo Lagpacan and Maria Jamorabon Cabanera. Retired after 38 years from the Princess Kaiulani Hotel, Waikiki. Previous member of the Japan International Karate Organization and attended Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, Wahiawa. He is survived by wife, Victoria Lagpacan; sons, Ireneo (Jennifer) Manzano, Jr., Randell (Raena) Lagpacan, Florencio Lagpacan, Jr., Victor Lagpacan, Anthony Lagpacan; daughters, Delilah (Zack) Duvauchelle, Glorena (Shane) Baguio, Ranell (Steven) Lamug; brothers, Charlito Lagpacan, Renante (Linda) Lagpacan, Bobby (Leticia) Lagpacan; sisters, Leticia Coloma, Vivencia Talana, Estrelita (Reynie) Amodo, Hermania (Ricardo) Baltazar, Gloria (Rolando) Ildefonso, Rose (Albert) Agmata, Ermelita (Virgilio) Corpuz, Mary Ann (Eugene) Valdez; grandchildren, Shannon, Kimo-Kupono, Keoni, Ethan, Arlene, Kierstenn, Raiden, Delijha, Zacharyah, Dayzhelle, Deziyah, Adele.
