Melvin Kaoru Iha 73, of Honolulu and a retired lineman for Hawaiian Tel, died on September 6, 2016 in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He was a Vietnam war Army Veteran. He is survived by brother Herman H. Iha; and sisters Sharon Shinkawa and Sharlene Shimada. Services: Sunday, October 16 beginning at 4 p.m. at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Visitation at 3 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
