Charles Nobuaki Kita 88, of Kohala, died on September 21, 2016 in Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Kohala, HI. He was a retired mill supervisor with the former Kohala Sugar Company and the Hamakua Sugar Company. He is survived by his wife Alison Kita; daughter Debra Arival, Diane Pasalo, Darlyn Apuna; Sister Tsuruko Miura; 9 grandchildren; and 8 great- grandchildren. Friends may call at the Kalahikiola Congregational Church, Kapaau, Kohala, HI on Saturday, October 15 , 2016 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, where a Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM. Casual attire, no flowers.
