Frances S. Rivera 90, of Aiea, died on September 16, 2016 in Aiea. Born December 3, 1925 in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Ramona Ontiveros; brothers Louis Santana, Raymond Santana; sisters Rose Ayala, Margaret Salsedo; 13 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation 9:30 a.m. Monday (Oct. 17) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; funeral service 11:00 a.m. Burial to follow 12:30 p.m. Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
