CLIFFORD YOSHIO NOHARA Clifford Yoshio Nohara, 92, of Honolulu, retired City & County of Honolulu, Traffic Engineering Division Chief and former acting Department of Transportation Services Head, passed away at home on October 4, 2016. He was born in Amauulu Camp 4, Hilo, Hawaii. He is survived by wife, Barbara N., sons, Glenn M. (Wendy), Rodney H. (Jan), Rex A. (Joanne), Michael S. (Kathi), sisters, Hiroko Nakasone, Stella S.
