Theresa "Mama T" Grace 61, of Captain Cook, Hawaii, died on October 11, 2016 in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii She was a clerk typist. Friends may call at 5 p.m. on October 28 at the family' s residence located at 81-6308 Mamalahoa Hwy. in Capt. Cook for a 7 p.m. wake service and overnight vigil. Again at 8 a.m. October 29 at St. John's Catholic Church in Kealakekua for a 10 a.m. mass and burial to follow at Kona Memorial Park in Holualoa. Casual attire. Flowers welcomed. She is survived by her husband Hano Grace; sons Hano Boy Grace, Preston Grace and Richard Kalani Grace; daughter Laressa Medeiros father Richard Cordeiro; mother Medinia Ramirez; brothers Ryan Cordeiro, Rance Cordeiro Henry Cordeiro, Jr., and Gordon Cordeiro; sisters Drina Decosta, Debra Ralston, Geraldine Magallanes, Cheryl Ono and Pearline Yamada; 18 grand- children; 3 great grandchildren.
