Eric Calvin Edsman, Jr. 61, of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, died on October 5, 2016 at his home. Born in Honolulu, he was a security officer and bookkeeper for the Kona Hukilau and Kona Seaside resorts. He is survived by his wife April Edsman; son Eric Edsman; daughters Ho`onani Edsman and Leinaala Edsman; sisters Kaleo Makaimoku, Uilani Scheiber, Zelithea Edsman, Erilyn Kaiwi, Maile Edmonson; brother Lawrence Kaaihue; and 4 grandchildren. Memorial service: 10 a.m. October 29th at Puako Fire Dept. Station 14 at 68-4550 Queen Kaahumanu Hwy. Casual attire. Lei welcome.
