Passed away peacefully at home 1974 Grad. of UCSB, Bachelors Degree in Science and Major in Mechanical Engineering. He had a long career with the DOD as a Supervisor Nuclear Engineering At MINSY, Retired OSHE Direc- tor at PHNSY past President of NANTS. He received highest Superior Civilian Service Award Newly-installed ELKS CHEA VP Former President and Manager of BPO Kailua Elks Lodge 2230 Survived by wife Laurel of 33 years, brother Ronald (Linda), Stepdaughter Chrystal, Grand- son Eli Loessberg. Proceeded In death by brother Robert and parents James and Ruth. Aug 13th 9:00 AM Aloha 'oe with Lanikai Canoe launches.
