Survived by husband Shinichi Tsutsui; sons, Sid (Carrie Ann), Eric (Wendy); siblings Helene Tanaka (Deceased), Kenneth Date (Deceased), Stanley Date and Barbara Yoshioka; grand- daughters, Elyse, Cassidy and Alyssa. Celebration of Life will be on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at Borthwick Mortuary Maunakea Chapel, Visitation: 10:30 am, Services: 11:30 am and burial to follow at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe at 2 pm
