Sumie is survived by her daughter, Marilyn (Stanley) Tamamoto; son, Gregg (Debra) Hamamoto; four Grand- daughters, Kari and Lori Tamamoto, Terri (Kai) Kaino and Jennifer Hamamoto; and two Great-Grand- daughters, Kaiya Tamamoto and Aubrey Kaino; brother, Harold Shigeo Yamaguchi of Hilo, Hawaii; and sister, Lillie (Gerald) Noble of Lazy Acres, Missouri.
