53, of Honolulu, Hawaii, died in Honolulu on April 26, 2018 of accidental causes. He was born in Warren, Michigan and graduated from the University of Hawaii with degrees in Economics and Speech. He was a former National Junior College All-American Swimmer and a past member of the University of Hawaii Men's Swim Team. Ross had a 25-year career in finance. He is survived by 3 beloved sons, Taylor, Nicholas, and Matthew; loving parents Mary and James McClafferty; brother Eric and sister Hilary; and extended family in Hawaii, Michigan, Scotland, England, Australia, New Zealand, and Africa.
