Richard M. Rodrigues, Jr., 58, of Honolulu, HI died May 29, 2018. He was born the first of four children on March 10, 1960. Richard attended Damien Memorial School Class '78. He earned a Master's degree in Human Services and Community Development. Richard was a Docent and Community Relations Specialist and Manager at Hawaii State Capitol Tours. He was formerly a Grant Writer Coordinator, and a Actor at ABC. He's a member of the SAG-AFTRA, The Hawaii Independent Puerto Rican Club, and DeMolay. Richard is survived by his parents, Richard M. Rodrigues, Sr. (Jane Miguel) and Norma Jean Kovaloff Shackley (Daniel Morris), his partner Mark Maguire, his sisters, Beverly Sermersheim (Henry), Denise Delgado (Juan), and Jodie Mendes (Nicholas), and his nieces and nephews.
